Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data may be processed by İvosis Çelik Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“Company”) as the data controller within the scope described below.

 Purpose and Legal Reason for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of evaluating your job application request and your suitability for the relevant position, creating a resume pool for future positions within the framework of our Company’s human resources policies, conducting recruitment processes and conducting and concluding reference interviews when necessary in this context and contacting you in this context.

Your personal data is processed based on the legal reason for the establishment or performance of the contract regulated in Article 5/2(c) of Law No. 6698 and the legal reason for the legitimate interest of the data controller regulated in Article 5/2(f).

The personal data of special nature that you disclose to our Company within the scope of evaluating your job application request and your suitability for the relevant position will be processed only if you give your explicit consent in accordance with Article 6 of Law No. 6698.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

As a rule, your personal data is not shared with any third party or institution. However, based on Article 5/2(ç) “legal obligation” of the Law, data may be shared with authorized public institutions or organizations upon request within the scope of our Company’s legal obligations.

Method of Collection of Your Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels in order to implement our Company’s human resources policy and to carry out recruitment processes.

Your personal data collected in this process; through websites that allow you to apply for a job, through physical media or other communication channels; It is collected in digital or physical environment for the purposes of evaluating your job application request and your suitability for the relevant position, conducting and finalizing the recruitment processes within the framework of our Company’s human resources policies and contacting you within this scope.

Your Rights Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the Company by the methods regulated in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by the Company. In this context, as the personal data owner; 

1. Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
2. Request information if your personal data has been processed,
3. To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
5. To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
6. Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
7. To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
8. In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
